once more, with feeling

There’s so much blind content nowadays. As a creative that values the power of feelings, I am constantly pushing myself to use my thoughts as a catalyst for emotional change. To have the satisfaction of that “made ya look” moment. To put an end to the loneliness pandemic. Or to turn “thumbs up” and “LOL” reactions to something you don’t just see on a screen. And if all else fails, to know that I simply did my best.

arts & Krafts

Parents have a lot on their plate. From a busy day at the office, playing their kid’s favorite superhero, to actually putting food on the table — it’s time we give them a hand with the heavy-stirring. Keep the little guys occupied and gift yourself a well-deserved breath with some Arts & Krafts. Grab a box of their (and your) favorite cheesy meal. Spare a couple loose noodles to have them settled by dinnertime.

A young mind needs its creative fuel. These educational print ads pull them off their screens with a healthy portion of hands-on play.

through many sunsets

In my time as a journalism student at The University of Colorado, I had the chance to write several opinion pieces, along with some that were reflective. The most challenging piece I have written to date is this tribute to my late little brother, Jonathan Roper, who I lost from terminal illness. I someday hope to write a screenplay to share his story and spread awareness of the effects of juvenile MLD.
